WooCommerce orders automatically in AbaNinja

No more retyping orders. With Pro, the plugin creates the address and the invoice in AbaNinja as soon as an order is paid, with all line items, shipping, fees and the correct VAT rate. The base plugin transfers with one click on the order action "Transfer to AbaNinja".

What it does

  • Transfers every order as soon as it is "Processing" (paid) or "Completed", in the background, so the checkout stays fast
  • Creates the customer as an address in AbaNinja; if AbaNinja reports an existing address with the same email, that one is used, no duplicates
  • Creates the invoice with all line items, prices including VAT, order number as reference; the total in AbaNinja matches the shop to the centime
  • Writes the AbaNinja invoice number into the order, each order only once; on an error the reason is shown in the order and one click sends it again
  • Never asks for Mr or Ms: customers are created without a guessed salutation

Who it is for

Swiss online shops on WooCommerce that keep their books in AbaNinja, and their fiduciaries. The AbaNinja API is available from the Basic plan, the free Starter plan does not include it.

Price

  • Base plugin: free, transfers one order with the order action "Transfer to AbaNinja"; credit notes for refunds are entered in AbaNinja by hand
  • Pro: CHF 149 per shop and year, every order automatically and a credit note in AbaNinja for every refund, with updates and support; setup included in the first year
  • Fiduciaries and agencies: CHF 490 per year for up to 10 shops

Pro is free for 30 days, no commitment. It only becomes binding once you pay; without payment the automatic transfer stops and no costs arise. The paid year runs to its end, no refund; nothing renews by itself, the next annual invoice is an offer.

  1. First install the free base Strainovic IT Shop Invoices for AbaNinja from wordpress.org, then upload the downloaded Pro ZIP under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin; activate both. Pro requires the free base.
  2. In AbaNinja, under Settings → Automation → API Tokens, create an API token (Basic plan or higher) and enter it under WooCommerce → AbaNinja.
  3. The 30-day trial starts when you save the token. After that you enter your billing address in the plugin under “Billing address and invoices”, and the annual invoice comes by email; without payment the automatic transfer pauses, no order is lost.
