Your job sheet, filled in with every booking
No more copying out. When someone books an appointment via zeeg, your own job sheet arrives as a PDF by e-mail, already filled in with name, address, e-mail, phone and date. The barcode on it leads straight to the address in myfactory.
What it does
- Fills in your own template, a PDF without form fields: company, last name, first name, street, postcode, town, e-mail, phone, appointment date as date received and appointment type, each on your lines; text that is too long is set smaller
- Places ticks at fixed spots on the template
- Writes appointment type, date and the answers from the booking page, such as remarks, as notes where you want them, also on the back; consents to privacy policy and terms are left out
- Barcode (Code 128) with plain text: the address number from myfactory, scanned into the myfactory search field it opens the address; if myfactory cannot be reached, the sheet still goes out, then with the zeeg booking ID
- E-mail to one or more addresses, “Reply” goes straight to the person who booked
- Rescheduled bookings get a new sheet marked «verschoben» (rescheduled), cancellations none
- The sheet comes from bookings via zeeg, form enquiries do not get one
