Bookings and website enquiries straight into myfactory
No more retyping. Whoever books an appointment via zeeg or sends the contact form of your REDAXO website ends up in myfactory: as an address, with a contact entry holding the whole message, and as a lead. myfactory creates the task for the person in charge itself, through a follow-up action on the new lead.
What it does
- Bookings from zeeg arrive by webhook: contact entry with date, duration, location and the answers from the booking page; street, postcode, town, phone and company from the questions go into the address
- Rescheduled and cancelled appointments add another contact entry, but no new lead
- YForm forms: one line
action|myfactoryin the form is enough; it reads name (or first and last name), e-mail, company, phone, street, postcode, town, subject and message - Existing addresses are recognised by their e-mail address and reused, no duplicates
- Appointment types can be transferred without a lead or not at all
- Log in REDAXO with every transfer and the error message from myfactory; an error never breaks the form or the booking
