Terms of use for plugins and services

1. Scope

These terms apply to the plugins, extensions and services of Strainovic IT, Goran Strainovic, Bahnstrasse 9b, 9323 Steinach, Switzerland, offered on strainovic-it.ch.

2. Licence

The WordPress plugins are licensed under the GPL-2.0-or-later. For Shopware and REDAXO extensions, the customer receives a right of use for the installations they have paid for. The source code and its further development remain with Strainovic IT.

3. Trial and price

Every product can be tested free of charge for 30 days. After that, the price on the respective product page applies, payable by invoice. Without payment the connection ends and no further costs arise.

4. Third-party interfaces

The products use the interfaces of bexio, KLARA, AbaNinja, myfactory, HubSpot and other providers. If these change their interfaces, interruptions may occur. Adjustments are included in the updates for the paid term.

5. Customer obligations

The customer checks the results (such as invoices, addresses, documents) before using them further and backs up their data in their own system.

6. Data protection

The privacy policy on strainovic-it.ch applies.

7. Liability

Strainovic IT is liable up to the amount paid for the product concerned in the current year. Liability for consequential damage, loss of profit and loss of data in third-party systems is excluded. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains reserved.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen.
