Strainovic IT Zefix/UID check for WooCommerce and WordPress forms
Business customers checked in seconds. The customer types in their UID, the Swiss company identification number. The plugin checks it with the federal register, fetches company name and address from Zefix and fills in the form. Wrong or deleted companies never get as far as buying on invoice.
What it does
- UID field in the WooCommerce checkout and in contact, quote and registration forms (Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Forms)
- Check digit and format instantly, status "active" or "deleted" via the federal UID web service
- Company name, legal form, registered office and address from Zefix, filled in automatically
- VAT registration visible, UID stored in the order and the customer account
- Buying on invoice only for valid companies
- Change alert: customer deleted or moved, you are the first to know
Who it is for
Swiss online shops with business customers, B2B shops with purchase on invoice, agencies with many WooCommerce clients. Not a replacement for a credit check, but the step before it, which today is done by hand or not at all.

- Pro: CHF 79 per year and site, CHF 199 per year for agencies with up to 10 sites (autofill from Zefix, VAT status, invoice purchase approval, change alert)
